Our Health Department offers the Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS) Program for expectant parents or parents whose children are enrolled before 90 days of age. COPES provides nationally recognized evidence-based Fatherhood, Marriage Enhancement, Relationship, and Substance Abuse Prevention Services.
