Agape / Exhilarating Inc.
AGAPE (ah-GAH-peh) A program designed to aide young fathers (ages 14 - 26) in understanding the complex nature of child development and the important role fathers play in the healthy development of children.
The program meets once a week for 6 - weeks, and consists of a hands-on educational session, fun activity, dinner, and resource information. Each father will receive one-on-one coaching to address personal needs, assistance with employment, housing or other community resources.

Kentucky Career Center - Bluegrass
The Kentucky Career Center - Bluegrass offers a one-stop solution to job seekers in Central Kentucky. With four brick-and-mortar locations and remote access available in the remaining 13 of the 17-counties of the Bluegrass, job seekers can access employment, education, training and support services to succeed in the labor market. With the assistance of highly qualified staff at the Kentucky Career Center – Bluegrass, a job seeker can be matched with an employer, provided one-on-one assistance to create a resume, practice interview skills, learn about their transferrable skills and more. Need more skills? If a job seeker needs to improve their skills in order to gain suitable employment, training assistance may also be provided in a high-demand field, such as Childcare and Education, Construction, Healthcare, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or Transportation, Distribution and Logistics.

CASA of Lexington
CASA of Lexington recruits, trains and supports community volunteers who are appointed to cases of abused and neglected children in family court. CASA volunteers advocate solely for the best interests of the children to whom they are appointed. Whenever safely possible, CASA volunteers advocate first for keeping children with their biological parents or reunification if the children have been removed. When CASA volunteers do not believe children can remain or be reunited with their parents safely, they advocate for placement with a relative or fictive kin, or for adoption when the other options are not available. CASA volunteers work to ensure children receive services and can be returned to safe, permanent homes as quickly as possible.
