The Ready to Work (RTW) program is a partnership between Jefferson Community and Technical College and the Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP) office. RTW places student parents in paid employment that does not reduce their KTAP benefits. RTW coordinators also provide mentoring and case management services for all participants. We assist with navigating and networking within all six JCTC campuses as well as other professional skill building.

Boys & Girls Haven is a full-service foster care agency located in Louisville, Kentucky. We are trauma-informed caretakers who counsel, support and treat young people who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. We also supply families with guidance for navigating emotional/mental crises, and deliver a range of mental health services to the community including: therapy, housing, life coaching and medication management. With over one hundred staff members, Boys & Girls Haven remains at the front lines.
