Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative Head Start/Early Head Start
The Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative Head Start/Early Head Start Program serves infants, toddlers, preschool children and prenatal women in Owen, Gallatin, Trimble, Oldham, Henry, Eminence, Shelby, Spencer, Franklin, Jefferson, and Bullitt County.
A variety of program options including full-day/full-year center-based programs, school day school year center-based programs and Early Head Start programs are available to meet the specific needs as determined by the annual Community Needs Assessment.

JCTC Ready to Work
The Ready to Work (RTW) program is a partnership between Jefferson Community and Technical College and the Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP) office. RTW places student parents in paid employment that does not reduce their KTAP benefits. RTW coordinators also provide mentoring and case management services for all participants. We assist with navigating and networking within all six JCTC campuses as well as other professional skill building.

Boys and Girls Haven
Boys & Girls Haven is a full-service foster care agency located in Louisville, Kentucky. We are trauma-informed caretakers who counsel, support and treat young people who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. We also supply families with guidance for navigating emotional/mental crises, and deliver a range of mental health services to the community including: therapy, housing, life coaching and medication management. With over one hundred staff members, Boys & Girls Haven remains at the front lines. Working to combat the statistics of unemployment, incarceration, and homelessness continues to be one of our top priorities.
